Future Futbol Stars - Guayaquil, Ecuador

The Soccer Shop in Bozeman, MT generously donated soccer balls which I brought to various schools in Ecuador and Peru. These are students of an elementary school in Guayaquil, Ecuador, hurriedly chasing what appears to be the next Ronaldo. Much gratitude to Marta from the Soccer Shop; she is a wonderful person and a true humanitarian.

Macchu Picchu, Peru

Here is a picture from my trip to South America last year. These are the ruins of Macchu Picchu, an ancient city still shrouded in mystery. No one is sure why the Incan people built these structures so high in the Andes, yet some speculate that this was a sacred site devoted to sacrifices and other religious practices.

This is an excellent piece about one mans dedication to bringing artistic excellence to the youth of an entire country.

Back to Bozeman

I have now successfully moved out of my apartment!

Now back in Bozeman, Montana I have had time to contemplate the intense moving experience I was just a part of.

It is always interesting to me to analyze a major change in life. I am again living with the parents and sister I grew up with, but I myself have changed. After a year of academic and extracurriculur devotion I have a summer to myself.

In order to make the most out of this time I will soon post a list of my summer goals for 2010. In the works are an e-book I have been creating entitled, "The 10 Tenets of Life, Liberation, and Success." I am also in the process of planning summer service projects for the Bahamas, so if you have any ideas you would like in the proposal please let me know!

A New Beginning

My first blog!

I am starting this blog from Missoula, Montana. Over the next few years I have been given the opportunity to see a few amazing places. In 9 days I will fly to Charlotte, North Carolina en route to a small Bahamanian island called Elbow Cay.

Right now, I am moving out of my current apartment and heading to Bozeman for a few days. There I will help my parents with some landscaping, and see a few friends before leaving for the next adventure!

As of now I am making a 1:30 AM dash to Albertsons for much needed packing tape... I'm off!
